Tenants will be subject to a full reference procedure through a reputable referencing credit agency before acceptance for a tenancy. We take a deposit equivalent to five weeks rent for each property, which is lodged with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, and certificates issued.

There are a number of legal and Health and safety matters to consider, which we will discuss at our initial valuation meeting.
